You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our services. By using GrowZenia, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
To access our services, you must create an account using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
The price of digital gold is subject to market fluctuations and is updated in real-time. The price displayed at the time of your transaction will be the final price for that specific purchase.
You can invest in digital gold with a minimum of ₹10. Additional purchase increments are available as described on the platform (e.g., ₹100, ₹1,000, ₹10,000). All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
The digital gold you purchase is held in your name by a third-party, secure vaulting provider. GrowZenia partners with trusted providers like MMTC-PAMP to ensure the security and authenticity of your gold.
GrowZenia provides a platform for buying and selling digital gold. We do not offer financial advice. The value of gold can fluctuate, and you are responsible for making your own investment decisions.
By setting up a Daily Gold SIP, you authorize GrowZenia to initiate automatic UPI deductions from your bank account for the specified daily investment amount.
You can manage or cancel your SIP at any time through the GrowZenia app. Any changes will take effect from the next scheduled deduction.
Your personal digital gold wallet tracks all your digital gold holdings and transaction history in real-time.
You have full control over your wallet and can convert your digital gold and cash into Indian Rupees (INR). You have the freedom to buy or sell gold with zero risk.
All content on the GrowZenia website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GrowZenia ("GrowZenia") or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
Your use of GrowZenia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
GrowZenia and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. While we take every precaution to ensure the security of our platform, we are not responsible for any losses incurred due to technical issues, system failures, or unauthorised access.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
GrowZenia reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website or app. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
